The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of arrests in a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act investigation.
On Monday, August 15, 2016, at approximately 6 p.m., officers executed a search warrant at the Twisted Smoke Haberdashery, 1245 Dundas Street West.
Serge Beauchesne, 64, of Toronto; James McFarland, 33, of Huntsville; and Julian Hylwa, 37, of Mississauga, were arrested. Each has been charged with:
1) Possession of a Schedule II Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking
2) Possession of a Schedule II Substance
3) Possession of Proceeds of Property Obtained by Crime
They are scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall on Monday, September 19, 2016, 9 a.m., room 114.
