The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of an arrest in a Controlled Drugs & Substances Act investigation.
On Friday, August 19, 2016, at approximately 9:05 p.m., officers from the 41 Division Major Crime Unit executed a search warrant at Greentree Medical Dispensary at 3464 Danforth Avenue.
Darren Foote, 22, of Toronto, was arrested and charged with:
1) two counts of Possession of a Schedule II Substance
2) two counts of Possession of a Schedule II Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking
3) Possession of Proceeds of Property Obtained by Crime
He is scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall, on Friday, September 30, 2016, courtroom 114.
