On November 28, 2012 at 1:20pm, Guelph Police Drug Unit Officers arrested two men on MacDonell Street after observing a drug transaction take place. Search of the men subsequent to arrest produced 5.5 grams of marihuana with a street value of $55, 107 Diazepam pills with a street value of $321, 1.5 Oxycodone pills with a street value of $100 and $270 in cash.
Jeffrey Pritchard 28 years of Guelph was charged with 2 counts of trafficking a controlled substance.
Timothy Sisson 28 years of Guelph was charged with 2 counts of possession of controlled substance and 2 counts of breach probation. Both will appear in Court on January 11, 2013.
