On January 7, 2015 at 4:23 a.m., the Guelph Police conducted a traffic stop on Willow Road near Edinburgh Road. The investigation led to the arrests of two males.
A 36-year-old Guelph man has been charged with three counts of possession of a controlled substance and two counts of breach of recognizance.
