(TOWNSHIP OF PERTH SOUTH, ON) On Wednesday January 04, 2012 shortly after midnight, Perth County OPP officers responded to a Toyota Matrix in the ditch along Perth Road 113 (Embro Rd.) south of Stratford.
The uninjured driver advised the officers that he had been driving towards Stratford when a south bound Ford pickup truck, with a flat rack on the back and a loud exhaust, veered into his lane forcing him into the ditch.
The Toyota driver, a 36 year old male from Clinton, was found to be suspended for having an excessive Demerit Point total. He was issued a suspension notice and his driver’s license was seized.
