(KINCARDINE TWP, ON) – On November 15th, 2011 at 4:11 pm, the South Bruce OPP received a call to attend a 2 vehicle crash on Highway 21 in Kincardine Township. Officers arrived and observed damage to a Red Ford van and a Grey Toyota Cub. The van had been northbound on Highway 21 when it crossed the centre line and struck the southbound Toyota.
