(MORRIS-TURNBERRY, ON) – On December 5, 2011 just before midnight a Huron OPP officer conducting a R.I.D.E check on B Line Road in Morris-Turnberry stopped a Dodge pickup truck. The officer observed open alcohol containers in the vehicle. Subsequent investigation determined the driver had been drinking alcohol. A 3 day driver’s licence suspension was issued following a warn reading at the roadside. The driver and passenger were also charged with having open containers of liquor in the vehicle contrary to section 31(2) of the Liquor Licence Act.
