On Monday August 17th 2015 at approximately 10:00 p.m. a motorist was traveling eastbound on Union Street in the city of Waterloo when he was struck in the left temple by a pellet fired from a bb gun. The motorist was able to safely navigate his vehicle to a parking lot on Union Street at Moore Ave where he called police. Police attended, searched the area for suspects with negative results. The driver did not sustain any injuries as a result of this occurrence.
