(MUNICIPALITY OF NORTH PERTH, ON) On Saturday March 12, 2011 shortly before 9:30 p.m., Perth County OPP officers in North Perth were dispatched to a two vehicle collision at the intersection of Hwy. 23 and Line 81, south of Listowel.
Investigation revealed that a sedan operated by a 21 year old male from Aylmer was driving east bound on Line 81. The driver failed to stop and entered the intersection of Hwy. 23 directly in front of a north bound car operated by a 23 year old female from the Municipality of North Perth. Both drivers sustained minor injuries.
The 21 year old male driver from Aylmer has been charged with disobeying a stop sign and with failing to properly wear a seatbelt.
