(GREENOCK TWP, ON) – On October 9th, 2011 at 7:54 pm, a South Bruce OPP officer was on patrol along Highway 9, Greenock Township, when a Red Dodge Magnum rolled through a stop sign and pulled out in front of the fully marked police cruiser. As the officer followed the vehicle, he watched as the driver failed to move over for another police cruiser with its emergency lighting activated. 42 year old Eric BARTH of Zephyr was charged with Fail to stop and Fail to slow for emergency vehicle.
