(ONEIDA NATION OF THE THAMES FIRST NATION, ON) – Around 10:30 pm on the 17th of November 2017 Oneida Nation of the Thames First Nation Police responded to a report of an injured conscious male on the roadway.
Through investigation it was learned that a vehicle was travelling westbound on Oneida Road from Ball Park Road. The lone male driver’s vehicle left the roadway and rolled numerous times. The male was then ejected from the vehicle.
Paramedics transported the conscious 28 year old Oneida Nation of the Thames First Nation male to hospital in life-threatening condition. The male still remains in critical condition as of 12:00pm today.
The roadway remand closed till around 4:00 am this morning to allow the Ontario Provincial Police’s Technical Collision Investigators to assist the Oneida Nation of the Thames First Nation Police with their investigation.
At this time the male is still in critical condition. Currently, the investigation is ongoing into the cause of the collision.
