(GODERICH, ON) – On January 3, 2012 just after 3:00 p.m. a Huron County OPP officer stopped a Honda Civic on Albert Street for a traffic violation. While at the roadside, the officer discovered the attached licence plate was not authorized and the motor vehicle was not insured. Robin NOBEL (22) of Goderich, ON has been charged with Operate Motor Vehicle without Insurance, Use Plates Unauthorized and Fail to Display Two Plates. He will answer to the charges at Provincial Offences Act Court- Goderich on March 6, 2012. LP12002076
