Driver Charged After Hitting Hydro Pole In Teeswater

(TEESWATER, ON) – On March 8, 2018 at 10:27 a.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a single vehicle crash in the village of Teeswater. Officers arrived with members of the Teeswater Fire Department to find that a transport truck had struck a hydro pole at the intersection of Ann Street and Clinton Street in Teeswater. The driver, 61-year-old David PLAYFORD of Brockton, was charged with unsafe turn. There were no injuries reported at the scene.
