Donald Gifford – Drunk Driving

(SOUTH HURON, ON) – On April 6, 2012 at approximately 11:20 p.m. Huron OPP officers stopped a red Pontiac that entered a Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere (R.I.D.E) checkpoint located at the intersection of Andrew Street and Wellington Street in Exeter.

Upon speaking with the male driver, officers noted he had been consuming alcohol.

Donald GIFFORD, age 58, from South Huron has been charged with Impaired Driving and Drive with Over 80 Milligrams of Alcohol. He has a scheduled court appearance at the Ontario Court of Justice – Exeter on June 28, 2012. He was issued a 90 day automatic drivers licence suspension.
