On November 11, 2014, at 1:17 a.m., the Guelph Police conducted a traffic stop on the Hanlon Expressway and spoke with the male driver. A demand was made for a roadside breath sample, he failed this test and was arrested.
Donald Davison, 30 years of Milton, has been charged with drive over 80mg as well as two offences under the Highway Traffic Act. He will appear in court on November 25th, 2014.
