(MARDEN, ON) – On October 26, 2012 a female party from Guelph-Eramosa Township reported to the County of Wellington OPP that she had been both physically and sexually assaulted by her boyfriend.
As a result, a 35 year old Toronto man has been charged with assault and sexual assault, both contrary to the Criminal Code. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal court on November 20, 2012 to answer to the charges.
