Barrie Police were called to a south end home for a report of a domestic assault in progress.
A suspect recently left his common law wife and decided to return to his former residence for some belongings.
The suspect went to his appartment and discovered his ex was not there.
Instead of taking his belongings and leaving, the suspect searched for and located the victim in an separate apartment.
The suspect grabbed the victim by her hair so firmly, he pulled a clump” of hair out of her head.
