Incident Date: Jul 29, 2011

Location: FREDERICK ST, KITCHENER, Ontario Canada

The Waterloo Regional Police have been investigating the disappearance of Edgar LATULIP since he was last seen in 1986. Investigation has now revealed that LATULIP left Waterloo Region almost thirty years ago and travelled to the St. Catharines area. Shortly after arriving there, he suffered a head injury which left him with a limited memory of his past including his identity. Through a series of recent events, LATULIP began to recall details from his past. After providing his former name to a social worker, Niagara Police were contacted and LATULIP was positively identified through a DNA comparison. The Waterloo Regional Police would like to thank the Niagara Regional Police for their assistance on this investigation and for putting LATULIP in contact with his family again.
