Date: Tuesday, July 8, 2014 – 8:30pm
Two 19 year old Barrie males were in attendance at a Huronia Road Restaurant and purposely making a nuisance of themselves to the point that staff reported the issue to Police. Police investigated a group of males inside a vehicle at this location and two of them were found to be violating conditions of an undertaking on outstanding additional criminal charges. Both were arrested and held for a reverse onus bail hearing in the morning for breach of an undertaking contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
