(KINCARDINE, ON) – On January 9, 2015 at 10:33 am, a South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer on patrol along Queen Street, Kincardine noticed a distracted driver operating a Black Ford pick-up truck. The vehicle was stopped and the driver, a 61 year old man from Milton, was charged with drive while using hand held communication device.
