(TOWNSHIP OF SOUTHGATE, ON) – On October 5, 2017 at approximately 2:07 p.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a traffic complaint regarding a 2016 Hyundai Accent vehicle being driven erratically northbound on Highway 10 in the Township of Southgate.
Police stopped the vehicle and found the driver to be disqualified from driving.
38-year old Ryan Christopher MCLEOD of Owen Sound was charged with Driving while Disqualified, Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle, and Possession of Marihuana Under 30 grams.
He is scheduled to appear in court in Owen Sound on November 16, 2017.
