On Sunday night at approximately 10:33pm, a 55 year old Milton resident was pulled over on Dunlop St. W. at the 400 Highway. Initially the investigation stemmed from the licence plates not matching the vehicle. Upon further investigation it was discovered the male was a disqualified driver. The accused was arrested and taken to the station where he was held for bail. This accused is currently before the courts on three separate charges of driving while disqualified in addition to the new charge.
