(KINCARDINE, ON) – On June 30th, 2012 at 3:44 am, a South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer on patrol along Broadway Street, Kincardine stopped a Black Ford Contour and found that the driver had been drinking alcohol. 35 year old Dezi LAJUENESSE of Kincardine has been charged with Operate over 80 milligrams. He is scheduled to appear in provincial court on August 13th, 2012 to answer to the charge.
