(KINLOSS TWP, ON) – On August 6, 2014 at 6:45 am, a South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer on patrol along Highway 9 in Kinloss Township noticed a Red Toyota Echo moving at a high rate of speed. The vehicle speed was displayed on radar at 157 km/h in a posted 80 km/h zone. The driver, 17 year old Devin MACHINA of West Grey Township, was charged with Race a motor vehicle. He is scheduled to appear in court on September 2, 2014 to answer to the charge. The racing charge carries an immediate 7 day driver’s licence suspension and 7 day vehicle impoundment.
