(PAISLEY, ON) – On December 20, 2013 at 12:00 am, a South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer on patrol along Queen Street South in Paisley stopped a Black GMC Sierra pick up. The officer found that the driver had been drinking alcohol. 24 year old Devin ILLMAN of Howick Township was charged with Novice driver blood alcohol above zero.
