(CENTRAL HURON, ON) – Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged a 52 year old female driver with Drive Motor Vehicle – Over 80 Milligrams of Alcohol. At approximately 8:00 p.m. on June 30, 2013 Huron County OPP officers were dispatched to be on the lookout for the driver of a silver Buick travelling westbound on Highway 8. Two separate calls to police reported the vehicle was travelling in an erratic manner. Huron OPP officers located the vehicle in question on Huron Road near Front Road. Upon stopping the vehicle the officer noted the driver had been drinking alcohol. A roadside test was administered and the driver registered a fail. She was arrested and transported to the Exeter OPP detachment for breath tests. She provided two samples of her breath; both were above the legal limit.
Delia KELLY, 52, from Stratford has been charged with Drive Motor Vehicle – Over 80 Milligrams of Alcohol. She has a court date scheduled for the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich on July 29, 2013.
