(ALBEMARLE TWP, ON) – The Bruce Peninsula Ontario Provincial Police are in the early stages of a death investigation.
At 10:47 am on September 17, 2012, the Bruce Peninsula OPP received a report of a burned out vehicle on Birch Street in Albemarle Township. Officers attended and discovered human remains in the vehicle.
The involved vehicle is a Black 2011 Hyundai Accent.
The Bruce Peninsula OPP is continuing the investigation with the assistance of Office of the Fire Marshall, Coroner’s Office and Bruce Peninsula Crime Unit.
The investigation is in its early stages. Further information will be released as it becomes available.
