I must admit that I am not pleased with our Wingham Police
Department and how they have chosen not to communicate with the
Wingham taxpayers that pay their high wages. Adam Wilkins was
charged with Sexual Interference and two counts of Breach of
Probation. This predator is know to the most of Wingham as
Muscles” for his predilection for walking up to people and asking
to feel their muscles. This person has been charged before
