(HOLLAND TWP, ON) On January 15, 2015 at 8:29 pm, the Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a single vehicle crash along Highway 10 in Holland Township. Officers arrived to find a Silver Hyundai Accent on its side in the southbound lane of Highway 10. The driver was found to have been drinking alcohol. Thirty-seven year old Deanna PEDONIQUOTTE of Owen Sound has been charged with operate over 80 milligrams and novice driver with blood alcohol above zero. She is scheduled to appear in court on January 29, 2015 to answer to the charges.
“Choosing to drive while impaired by alcohol or drug is a criminal choice that represents a completely preventable and totally unacceptable threat to the safety of other road users.
