(MUNICIPALITY OF WEST PERTH, ON) On Saturday September 07, 2013 at approximately 4:30 a.m. a Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer was called to the Mac’s Milk store in Mitchell where an intoxicated male driver was observed.
The officer located the male who displayed signs of impairment at his pickup truck. He was arrested for impaired driving and was transported to the North Perth OPP Detachment in Listowel where he refused to provide a breath sample.
Dean SINNAMON (23) of the Municipality of West Perth has been charged with the following two offences, “impaired operation of a motor vehicleâ€Â, and “fail to provide a breath sampleâ€Â. The male has to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Stratford on Monday October 07, 2013 to answer to these charges. He received an automatic 90 day driver’s licence suspension and his truck was impounded for seven days.
