(CENTRAL HURON, ON) – Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are seeking tips from the public to help solve a daytime break, enter and theft that took place in Clinton last week.
Sometime between 8:10 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. on December 8, 2017 the thief entered into the single family residence located on Pugh’s Terrace. Once inside the home the following items were stolen:
Over $1,000 in cash
An Xbox 1 gaming system
A white Samsung Galaxy Tablet
An Asus Vivobook laptop
A Dewalt tool kit that included numerous power tools such as a framing nailer, rotary saw, hammer drill, flashlight, jig saw and others.
The thief gained access into the home through an unlocked side door.
The total value of the stolen goods and cash is estimated at $6,300.
