(TOWNSHIP OF PERTH EAST, ON) On Saturday June 16, 2012 shortly before the noon hour, Perth County OPP officers were dispatched to a single motor vehicle collision along Perth Road 119 west of the Topping curve.
Officers located a damaged black Honda Prelude on the front lawn of a residence. The male driver of the vehicle displayed signs of impairment and was arrested for impaired operation of a motor vehicle by drug. He was transported to the Perth County OPP Detachment in Sebringville where he was evaluated by a drug recognition officer and was determined to be impaired by drug.
David Little (21) from Kitchener has been charged with “impaired operation of a motor vehicleâ€Â, “possession of a controlled substanceâ€Â, “breach of recognizanceâ€Â, and “breach of probationâ€Â. He appeared via Audio Bail hearing and was remanded into custody until Monday June 18, 2012 when he is scheduled to appear in Stratford Court to answer to the charges.
