On February 12, 2014 at 4:23 p.m., the Guelph received a report of a possible impaired driver. It was alleged that the male driver had been involved in a minor two-car collision on Cardigan Street. The drivers exchanged information and went their separate ways. Police located the male at his residence, determined he was intoxicated and he was arrested.
David KOLWICH 40 years of Guelph has been charged with impaired driving and drive over 80 mg. He will appear in court on March 25, 2014
