(BRANT TWP, ON) – On December 24th, 2011 at 8:26 pm, the South Bruce OPP received a report of a single vehicle crash along Bruce County Road 4 in Brant Township. Officers arrived on scene and found a Red GMC Safari van in the north ditch. The driver was found to have been drinking alcohol.
58 year old David BELLAMY of Walkerton has been charged with Impaired operation and Operate over 80 milligrams. He is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court on February 13th, 2012 to answer to the charges. There were no injuries reported at the crash.
