David Battye – Loud Exhaust Leads To Drive While Suspended Charge

(HOWICK TOWNSHIP, ON) – On January 27, 2012 at approximately 1:30 p.m., a Huron County OPP officer on patrol in Wroxeter was alerted to the sound of a noisy exhaust coming from a Hyundai Sonata. The officer followed the vehicle eastbound on Harriston Road and completed a traffic stop. The officer discovered the driver was driving with a suspended driver’s licence.

David BATTYE, aged 50, from Morris-Turnberry, ON has been charged with Drive while under suspension. He is scheduled to appear in Ontario Provincial Court on March 6, 2012 to answer to the charge.
