(ARRAN-ELDERSLIE TWP, ON) – On September 23, 2012 at 6:03 pm, the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a single vehicle crash on Bruce County Road 3 in Arran-Elderslie Township. Officers arrived to find that a Red Chevrolet Malibu had left the roadway and rolled over before coming to rest in the ditch. The driver received minor injuries and was found to have been drinking alcohol. 56 year old Darrell MONGEON of Waterloo was charged with Impaired driving and Operate over 80 milligrams. He is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court on October 22, 2012 to answer to the charges.
