(MUNICIPALITY OF WEST PERTH, ON) On Saturday April 13, 2013, shortly before 9 p.m. Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (O.P.P.) officers were called to a residence on St. David Street in Mitchell in response to a disturbance.
Investigation revealed that assaults had taken place at the residence. The victims provide details of the incident resulting in O.P.P. Emergency Response Team officers containing the home and arresting the suspect without incident.
Danial TURNER (40) of the Municipality of West Perth has been charged with three counts of assault, one count of assault with a weapon, one count of mischief and one count of possession of weapon for a dangerous purpose. He is scheduled to appear at the Stratford Court of Justice on April 29, 2013, to answer to these charges.
