On October 19, 2014 at 10:00 a.m., the Guelph Police went to the Gordon Street/Surrey Street area after a citizen reported an erratic driver that was involved in a hit and run. Police located the suspect vehicle and driver on Oxford Street minutes later. After a brief struggle with officers, he was placed under arrest.
Police are looking for witnesses to this incident.
