Disturbance – Male Arrested
On Saturday September 22, 2012 at 12:51 a.m., Guelph Police were on proactive patrol on Waterloo Avenue Guelph when they witnessed an altercation between two males. One of the males was found to be in breach of his Officer in Charge Undertaking, and he was arrested.
Dale SMART 19 years of Guelph was charged with Breach OIC Undertaking and held for a Bail Hearing.
