(TOWN OF FERGUS, ON) – On Wednesday November 14, 2012 at approximately 9:16pm County of Wellington OPP officers received a call regarding people smoking marihuana at an apartment on Queen Street in the Town of Fergus.
Police attended the address and spoke to the occupants of the residence and a small quantity of marihuana was turned over to the officers.
Dakota Aldridge aged 18 of Fergus has been charged with Possession of Marihuana Under 30 grams contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Court on December 18, 2012 to answer to the charge.
