The Chatham-Kent Police Service responded to 81 calls for service in the last 24 hours. Two people were arrested.
Stolen ATV
The Chatham-Kent police are looking for information regarding a stolen ATV from O’Neil Line in the Ridgetown area.
Sometime between January 29, 2015 and January 31, 2015 unknown suspect(s) stole a red 2009 Polaris Sportsman ATV. The ATV was last seen with Ontario licence plate 55RE8. The ATV also has a windshield, and black plastic box on the back with the words Polaris printed on it. The value of the ATV is estimated at approximately $7,000.

Teen Arrested for Public Intoxication
On February 1, 2015 at 2:30 am a 17 year old Chatham teen was arrested for being intoxicated in a public place. The teen was located walking down the middle of King Street in Chatham at the time of the incident. He was held in police custody until he could be turned over to the care of his parents.
The teen was charged for Being Intoxicated in a Public Place under the Liquor Licence Act.
Super Bowl Sunday
The Chatham-Kent Police Service would like to remind all those attending a Super Bowl party today to please drink responsibly. If you plan to drink alcohol then plan not to drive. Make other arrangements before the game even starts for a safe and reliable ride home.
If you believe someone is operating a vehicle while impaired, please call 911 immediately with your location, vehicle and driver information. That one phone call could save a life.
