On July 2nd 2015, at approximately 8:29 p.m., the Guelph Police attended to Paisley Street for a collision. It is alleged that a male cyclist rode down a driveway onto the street, where he struck a passing vehicle. The cyclist was transported to the GGH by GWEMS and treated for non-life threatening injuries.
Michael Matte, 38 years, of Guelph was charged with fail to yield, HTA.
