(ARRAN TWP, ON) – On September 3rd, 2011 at 4:09 pm, a South Bruce OPP officer on patrol along County Road 10 in Arran Township, noticed a cyclist with open alcohol. 47 year old Stephen HELLIWELL of Town of South Bruce Peninsula was charged with Open alcohol out of residence.
