(KINCARDINE, ON) – On September 8th, 2011 at 12:15 am, a South Bruce OPP officer on foot patrol along Queen Street, Kincardine observed a cyclist riding without a light after dark. The cyclist was warned for the offence, but found riding again a short time later. 19 year old Natasha MORRIS of Kincardine was charged with Improper bicycle lighting.
