Early this afternoon (05May) Owen Sound Police arrested a man in the 1000 block of 2nd Avenue East on an outstanding arrest warrant. The warrant had been issued for an earlier threat the man had made to another man.
At the time of arrest the man was found in possession of prescription drugs which police believe he was trafficking.
Curtis Kirk 27 years of Owen Sound has been charged with trafficking morphine, trafficking oxycodone and breach of probation. He remains in police custody and will appear in the Owen Sound Court tomorrow morning for a bail hearing.
