On Thursday September 10th, 2015 at 9:40pm a 28yr old Kitchener man was observed smashing the front window of the CTV, located on King Street in Kitchener with an object similar to a pipe. Waterloo Regional Police Officers responded and after searching the area on foot extensively, located a 28 year old Kitchener man hiding a short distance away in a wooded area. The male was charged with Mischief Under $5000.00 and Breach of Probation. He will appear in court on September 11, 2015. Approximate damage to the window is $1000.00.
