Location: Veterans Memorial PY
Incident: On May 21, 2015 shortly after 4:30 p.m. a citizen telephoned 9-1-1 to report a male in the area of Ontario Street and Veterans Memorial PY holding a gun. Community Patrol Officers attended and located an 11 year old youth in possession of a toy handgun. The youth was not committing any offences however advice was given regarding openly walking around with what appears to be a gun in public, which caused alarm.

Incident: On May 22, 2015 at 1:20 p.m. a homeowner dialed 9-1-1 to report an unknown youth in his backyard attempting to steal a bicycle. The youth was described as a white male approximately 17 years of age, wearing blue jeans, grey sweater, and carrying an Addidas backpack.

Location: Sheridan Street (0-100 block)
Incident: Sometime overnight a pellet rifle gun was discarded in a backyard on Sheridan Street. Video surveillance in the area is being reviewed. A suspicious male is observed standing in the rear yard near the back door. No attempt was made to enter the home. The video of the suspect is not clear due to the darkness.
