Incident: Sometime between Saturday May 16 and May 19, 2015 a pickup truck was stolen from a lot on Colborne Street. The pickup truck is a 2006 Ford F250 short box white in colour with a black tonneau.

Location: King George Road (200 block)
Incident: Sometime between May 18 at 10:00 p.m. and May 19, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. a Chip Wagon trailer was broken into. A window was smashed in order to gain entry. No items were reported stolen at the time of the theft.

Location: Fifth Avenue
Incident: On May 20, 2015 shortly before 1:00 a.m. an alert neighbour telephoned BPS to report a suspicious male believed to be breaking into vehicles. The suspect had attempted to steal a pickup truck and damaged the door lock and steering colomn. The suspect fled in a red van prior to police arriving.

Location: Dalhousie Street and Stanley Street
Incident: On Friday May 15, 2015 at approximately 9:45 a.m. a hit and run collision took place at the intersection of Dalhousie Street and Stanley Street. Information received from the occupants of the struck vehicle and witnesses in the area revealed that a grey or silver SUV was travelling w/b on Dalhousie Street approaching a red light at Stanley Street. The vehicle was believed to be travelling at a speed above the limit. The suspect SUV travelled into the intersection against the red light and struck a Dodge Caravan blue in colour which had been travelling south on Stanley Street and travelled into the intersection on a green light. The impact caused extensive damage to the Dodge van and both driver and passenger were taken to the hospital with minor injuries and released. The suspect silver/grey SUV failed to stop and continued driving west bound. Witnesses report that the suspect SUV also travelled through a red light at Dalhousie Street and Rawdon Street. BPS is seeking witnesses of the collision and anyone who may have information regarding the driver or SUV involved in the collision. The suspect SUV will have damage located on the front right passenger side and passenger side front ¼ panel. The driver is described as a white man, early to mid-30’s, short brown hair, wearing thin dark framed glasses and a grey hoodie.
