Incident: Sometime overnight on April 22, 2015 a vehicle parked in a driveway on Donegal Drive was entered. A Guess wallet containing identification was reported stolen.

Location: Daubigny Road
Incident: Sometime overnight on April 22, 2015 an unlocked garage was entered. A television and two bicycles were amongst the items reported stolen.

Location: Terrace Hill Street (200 block)
Incident: On April 23, 2015 shortly before 8:30 p.m. a man(accused) who was in attendance at the hospital became enraged and started swinging a hammer around the emergency room. A 26 year old Brantford man took a hammer from a bag he was carrying and began to swing the hammer around. An advertisement sign in the emergency room was struck causing damage as well. The man continued to yell, scarring the staff and other patients. An on-duty paramedic who was also at the hospital heard the disturbance, witnessed the man swinging the hammer and without hesitation approached the highly agitated man. The paramedic placed a chair in between him and the accused and began to speak with him in attempts to deescalate the situation. The accused raised the hammer over the paramedics head threatening to strike him. The paramedic was able to calm the angered man down and negotiate with him to drop the hammer and assisted keep the man away from others. Community Patrol Officers took custody of the man and he was held for a bail hearing. The accused is charged with the following offences;
Mischief under $5,000.00
Assault with a Weapon
Cause a Disturbance
Breach of Probation
