(MUNICIPALITY OF WEST PERTH, ON) As a result of the Friday September 28, 2012, single motor vehicle collision on Perth Line 20, east of Perth Road 163 (Fullarton).
Monday October 01, 2012, the lone occupant of the motor vehicle, Jody Williams (41) of Stratford was pronounced deceased at London Victoria Hospital.
The Perth County OPP is continuing their investigation into this crash.
